I don't understand this one. If Hitler was still alive, he wouldn't be banned from speaking on the radio.

This market might as well be titled, "First Amendment to the United States Constitution to be Repealed by Dec. 31, 2013":

"The United States will decide to renege on one of its bedrock founding principles by the end of next year and repeal the right to freedom of speech."

Wolfgang, you need to take a civics lesson my friend.

Don't blame him, liberals are taught to ignore the Constitution when it serves them

At least they sometimes pay attention to the Constitution.

Taught in those madrassas of liberal indoctrination known as "college," "public school," or pretty much anything other than Bible- and Fox News-based home-schooling, right?

Conservatives ignore the Constitution when it suits their interests at least as frequently (if not more so) than liberals (Exhibit A: Bush v. Gore, where five self-professed constructionists and states' rights advocates barely attempted to disguise their trampling of Constitutionally-mandated states' rights. Exhibits B-Z: pretty much every opinion ever written by Antonin Scalia).

Make no mistake: Rush Limbaugh is a vile piece of human waste, and I make certain that not a penny of either my personal money or my businesses' money goes near any company that advertises on his show.

Nevertheless, believing in the Constitutional right to free speech means believing in the right of even a piece of trash like Rush to spew vile, offensive and ignorant filth... and even though I don't respect him, I respect his Constitutional rights... many of the same rights which he propounds denying others.

Wolfgang, thanks for the suggestion. This would be a difficult one for us to list however.
