NetSpend requires more info. than is required to get a credit card & they are not loaning you money

NetSpend requires more info than is required to get a credit card & they are not loaning you money. Plus, when an off shore gambling site went down about a year ago, they immediately coughed up all the customer information to the Feds.

I have no opinion, of course, on using NetSpend. The people at InTrade are honest and ethical and their affiliation with NetSpend is some indication that Yada,Yada,Yada

did you short their stock or something? every company has complaints. be a normal person, and you can use it with no problem. If you are one of those people that thinks the whole world is trying to steal your information then stay off the internet

In my experience Netspend actually asked less information than any credit card I have opened. I gave my SSN and address. I didn't give my phone number, my DL number, none of that, all of which I have had to cough up for credit card applications. Now that I think about it, on credit cards i have also had to put mother's maiden name, security question up to 3X, previous residences, aliases, etc. None of that on Netspend.

And calling me a complainer which even the average idiot newbie knows that's a lie. I'm not complaining. I have never and would never use those thieves. I'm trying only to protect others. Doesn't affect me one way or another.
