THE MICHAEL VICK CONTRACT.

Will someone help me understand the Michael Vick contract ?

With the announcement that he has signed a plea agreement and will therefore plead guilty next Monday, the price has fallen to Bid 3.0, Ask 4.0 for the "Michael Vick will be found guilty of federal felony charges related to dogfighting".

The way I understand it is that, when Vick pleads guilty, the judge will then (based upon the plea of guilty) find him guilty. The judge says something like :"Based upon your plea of guilty, I hereby find you guilty.

Looks to me like Vick has then been "found guilty" so that the longs win.... but everybody else must disagree.

Help please.

I agree with you Quixote. I traded emails back and forth with the administrators and eventually sold all my Vick before he pleaded.

..and now the judge may reject the plea, and he may be found guilty.
TS had no business expiring the contract.
